Born in 1974, graduated in Management Engineering and founding partner of EsaProfessional. Expert in Operations in the Operations area (Lean Thinking projects both in the factory and in the offices), organizational redesign (organization charts and support to managers and the Property in cases of generational transfer) and innovation (technological scouting and Project Management in R&D) . During his career he has often dealt with the construction of Industrial Plans and, consequently, he has expanded the activity in financial and M&A (Merger & Acquisition). In recent years he has also worked as an independent director in some SMEs.

Born in 1948, graduated in Electrical Engineering and founding partner of EsaProfessional. For years he was Director of the Industry Sector at IBM; by virtue of this profound experience, today it offers its expertise on the topics of Marketing and Sales, Computer Integrated Manufacturing and IT transformation.
He has held various positions in Confindustria and is a member of the Board of Directors of some companies.
Thanks also to its involvement in Di Bari Innovation Design LTD in Miami, the world of Open Innovation is today a distinctive character of its competence and EsaProfessional.

Born in 1959 and founding partner of EsaProfessional. Expert in operations in the Operations, Supply Chain and Purchasing area, he has a long career spent in the role of Purchasing Director for multinational groups (Bonfiglioli Riduttori and Faiat Group) and subsequently he worked on Plant Management at small and medium-sized companies. He was, in the period 2011-2016, National President of ADACI (Italian Association of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management) and he is still engaged at the Association for the dissemination of logistic and purchasing best practices.

Born in 1960 and founding partner of EsaProfessional. Expert in operations in the Operations, Supply Chain, Change Management and innovative development area. He has gained numerous experiences on performance improvement projects, Change Management and Temporary Management in numerous industrial and service sectors with a deep knowledge of food, cosmetics, chemicals, distribution and mechanics. Previously he was manager in structured companies such as Novartis, Jean Klébert and Saltari also holding roles of European Lead Buyer and Team Leader in special projects.
